Guoxing Huijin has carried out a lot of research and development work in wellbore temperature stability determination algorithm and production and absorption profile interpretation algorithm, and has a competitive advantage in the industry.

The self-developed temperature stability judgment algorithm is based on statistics, which realizes the function of quickly judging data quality and wellbore temperature stability in the process of data acquisition. The stability of wellbore temperature is quantitatively characterized by calculating the temperature variation trend of each sampling resolution point in each time frame and the key distribution parameters (P10, P50 and P90) of STD in the concerned depth section.

The self-developed production and absorption profile interpretation algorithm couples enthalpy model, momentum model and flow pattern model, and realizes the quantitative and fine description of single well production profile and injection profile. Based on the wellbore temperature data obtained by distributed optical fiber logging, the wellbore production-absorption profile model is established according to the temperature response characteristics, combined with single well geological data, single well dynamic characteristics and fluid high-pressure physical properties. Taking mass conservation, enthalpy conservation, temperature measured by DFA, wellbore pressure and wellbore flow pattern change (slippage effect of fluid in wellbore) as constraints, the distribution of single well production profile is solved by using the coupling enthalpy model, momentum model and flow pattern model, and the production rate and production intensity of different phase fluids in different intervals are defined. In the calculation of the coupling enthalpy model, momentum model and flow pattern model, the mass conservation and energy conservation equations in the wellbore and between the wellbore and the reservoir formation are considered, and the influence of flow pattern changes on temperature and pressure caused by different phase proportions at the bottom of the well is also considered.

The self-developed data processing and interpretation software embeds the data stability judgment algorithm and digital signal processing algorithm, and the interpreter can quickly judge and preprocess the collected data through the software. The self-developed data processing and interpretation software also embeds the wellbore temperature heat conduction model algorithm, and constructs the wellbore temperature heat conduction model through temperature, pressure, fluid physical properties, single well geological data and other data, which can quickly analyze and calculate the production and absorption profile results of single well and display them in maps.
